A Herbal Walk Beside the River Nith -Dumfries

The seasons are moving on now and it is mid-summer. The herbal growing season continues with the summer plants replacing the early flush of spring flowers. A whole array of plants can be seen growing in our hedgerows and riverbanks.
Join Sean on this interesting stroll along the Nith and learn what the plants from this time of year have to offer and tell us about themselves.

A Herbal Talk on Women and Herbs - Glasgow

A short talk on the special role that herbs have in the regulation of hormones concentrating especially on the more complex role that hormones play in the female monthly cycle and changes in the different stages of life.
Sean will be highlighting how herbs can help in an area where orthodox medicine often has a limited role.
